Project Management

Clinical Project Management is a core competence of Aqlivia. Our Project Management approach is based on decades of experience and consistently utilizes the PMBOK® principles of Project Management. Several of our Project Managers accordingly are certified Project Management Professionals by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

We believe people matter, and hence strive to find the best fit in terms of PM experience, location, language, multi-cultural capabilities, and approach to client and project needs considering all stakeholders. Our PMs and Associates have significant clinical background and usually specialized experience in the therapeutic areas of their projects.

Aqlivia Project Managers are the single-point of contact for our clients and manage the entire project team including external vendors. They are committed to deliver our projects on time and budget, with an uncompromising focus on quality, ethics and compliance. Particular emphasis is placed on planning and project governance, including project management plans, communication and risk management. Performance data and metrics are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure Project success. Our Project Managers together with the Data Project Managers and Medical Leads, our teams are trained to deliver high quality clinical data for decisions.
